Procedures:

1. Check if you have just forgot your password or you have really been hacked by checking your email inbox, outbox/sent items if there are emails that you are not the sender or are malicious.

2. NEVER click suspicious email (like you have won or from bank). If in doubt you can use Google or AI to check it.

3. File a ticket under the "hacked" category using your PERSONAL EMAIL

4. Prepare a letter of explanation (explaining all details) addressed to

Thru: Christopher John T. Mortal
      Division Information Technology Officer I
      DepEd Butuan City Division

4. Wait for further details in the ticket.
